RECENT UPGRADE COMPLETED
Donahue & Associates International, Inc.
recently completed a full Corrugator Steam System upgrade for Crown Packaging in
Richmond British Columbia. Increased production speeds and improved board
quality has been realized. A reduction of more than 3,500 gallons of make-up
water per day was achieved instantly. Further major cost savings are verified by
the reduction in boiler chemical consumption, lower boiler operating pressure,
and lower operating temperatures in the Doublefacer hot plate zones which also
allow a reduction in adhesive application.
